Plot twist, it's actually great!

Great location and fantastic staff. The room was spacious and clean, offering beautiful views of the pool. Breakfast was a highlight and delicious. Despite minor decor updates needed, the overall experience was good was nice.

The hotel was a convenient base for enjoying a pretty nice area, short walk to shopping areas and bars and Monclova. The rooms were great here with kitchen and fridge, as example. A shower and hair dryers was a plus. The location was absolutely perfect and great as for me...

the hotel served as a great base for exploring monclova, with nearby attractions like the museo coahuila y texas just over 2 km away and the beautiful plaza principal almost 3 km away, making it easy to enjoy the city's sights on foot.

the location was a bit far from the lobby. the room had a cozy ambiance. the air conditioning worked perfectly. the staff were very friendly and helpful.

We loved that there were nearby stores and restaurants, made outings with the kids hassle-free. The hotel was clean, and we were really surprised by a local music show happening close by, keeping our little ones entertained.

In my wife's opinion, the room towels were insufficient .

The Double Room with Two Double Beds was pretty nice, but the air conditioning was loud and annoying. The room was clean, and I liked the cozy ambiance, but the bathroom could use some upgrades. They only give you a tiny bottle of water, a bit cheap.

It was just an ideal choice for a brief visit in Monclova with good price value. The rooms might be older, but the air conditioning worked perfectly, making it comfortable during the hot days. Bring your own shampoo and toiletries, as the provided items aren't the best.
